Answers to some commonly asked questions are below. If you have more questions about your order or about FC Tulsa merchandise, please email store@fctulsa.com.

  • Store Hours – The FC Tulsa Team Shop is located inside Titan Sports Complex at 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132. The physical store is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from  Wednesday–Friday, 12p.m - 4 p.m. Saturday and 12 - 4 p.m. on Sundays. Hours will vary on match days. Store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. 
  • Return Policy – Any order that you wish to return within 10 days can be brought to the FC Tulsa Team Shop inside Titan Sports Complex at 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132 during open hours to be exchanged or returned. No refunds or exchanges during matches. Customized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Idem Care- Please follow the washing and drawing suggestion on all Items. FC Tulsa is not responsible for any damages after washing. 
  • Items must be in saleable condition to be returned or exchanged. Customized items, special order items and clearance/sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Please note, any returns after 10 days we will not be able to exchange. 
  • Shipping Info – Orders are expected to be packaged and shipped from the FC Tulsa store within 48 business hours of order placement, via USPS. FC Tulsa ships domestically and internationally, wherever the USPS delivers. Please allow additional time 7 days for custom or preorder items.
Discount Codes – you can use your season ticket holder discount. Please note, however, these codes may not be valid on certain items if we are running a sale.
